The problem with our government…..

We no longer have one government; we have two.  The first and original was founded on the Constitution and electoral process.  That entity then created a second government that couldn’t be touched by The People. A carefully weaved cocoon in the form of protective laws harbor that government then it is clothed in immunity. This protected government, armed with the laws that give it the freedom to do as it chooses without the interference of democracy - then goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom it may devour utilizing tax and social security money as it goes frolicking about denying The People due process rights while taking the children from devastated families.

Although there is a general awareness of the problem in higher government, little is done because of the mammoth and intricate foundation now built at the hands of those using a smokescreen of child protection. Corrections of problems often end up over corrections such as President Bush’s adoption incentives that now make adoption more of a priority than family unification as greedy states lap up the provided money and give CPS case managers a quota. I hope the blood of the children and the cries of the families keep him awake at night.

Many of those caught in the system lose twice. They lose the children, and then they realize they have also lost their country. Asleep as bill after bill was passed changing government dynamics into heartless tyranny, they awake to discover that the freedom they so cherished has vanished into an abyss.

Caught off-guard and unarmed, they watch as the government carries their children away with vague promises of returns unrequited and then they are sold on the adoption market. Titled demons of position tear the souls out of families one by one without remorse. The system is evil personified covered in a white veil. Smooth, deceptive words cloak the actions of a government dimension born in darkness.

It is time to waken from the political slumber and remove the veil. As a unified force, we The People, armed with the truth of freedom and democracy can take down the cocoon and replace it with justice, due process and dignity. We outnumber them and our passion can subdue the lion.

Let’s bring love back into our communities.  Let’s do it today.

A nationwide class action lawsuit is being planned. I am recruiting volunteers in every state to deliver legal documents to elected officials within that state. I also need people who are willing to do some research on occasion on state statutes and Child Protective Services and family court actions. Write me if you are interested in participating in the lawsuit either as a litigant, document delivery, fundraiser or all of the above. Let me know what state you are in and what relationship you have to children who are or were, in the system. ALL family can participate if they demonstrate loss associated with child removal and CPS action. Understand the enormity of this lawsuit. ALL elected officials who are in any way involved in Parens Patriae (parent of the country or state) will get served.

WHAT DEMOCRATIC CONTROL WILL MEAN

If Marx were to live in today's social climate, how would he be treated? He would be deemed a flake and would find himself on the fringe of society. The very topic of Child Protective Services applies with him.  In college, he became mad at God and embraced Satan worship. He went on to have six children, three that died of starvation and two that committed suicide.  He absolutely refused to provide for his family making him a deadbeat dad. Only in America, would there be a worship of someone with this level of toxicity while taking the children of those whose family behaviors pale in comparison. People who fancy themselves to be intellectuals, quote Marx as though by doing so will validate them in higher social circles. His and Engel's ideals drove Russia into a dictator ruled society that is responsible for the deaths of millions - many whose only crime was being a Christian.

They used the same lines then that are being used now. With promises of a better life and government, in our case the overthrow of the elite rule regarding corporations and finaciers, they are implementing pathological lawmaking that eliminates all citizen rights using aspects of the Constitution to do so. As government continues to become larger and more powerful, Marx's Utopian philosophy of the Proletariot takeover is moot. We live in a different era than the one Marx lived in. Computer technology, spy equipment and a presidential controlled military makes it difficult to follow his dream. Not impossible, but very, very difficult.

What about the Constitution? Did it really give the Executive and Judicial branches this kind of leverage? Not at all, but to understand why, we need to look at accepted principals of bible exegesis. One of the main rules is ALL scripture is equal and must be utilized in interpretation. To ignore one scripture to validate an argument regarding another is not allowed. This is what they have done to the Constitution. The role of Congress, the Judicial branch and the White House are limited by the overarching principals that govern the Constitution and the rights of the people. By ignoring some of the Constitution and placing an emphasis on others that benefit the government only, the ruling elite justifies it's authority throwing around such concepts as "compelling government interest." We need to put a stop to Constitutional interpretation that invalidates the rights of the people.

The Democrats have strong socialist leanings, but then so do many Republicans who have lost their way. Ron Paul, while addressing Congress, stated that only 15% of Congress still uphold the Constitution. Why is this information just now coming out? The secrets of the ruling classes need to come to light so that we can get out of office the people who lied under oath. Few seem willing to impart the truth as they receive all manner of under the table benefits to remain quiet. There are others afraid to speak the truth because of hired mercenaries and threats of exposure. As the corruption thrives in elected circles, communities suffer under an increasingly totalitarian regime. We can no longer depend on the government to save us because they are too sick themselves. I am putting forth the challenge to our elected officials to start dropping names and if they are too scared to do it alone, then form small groups who are willing to step forward with the truth.  Only the truth can set us free.
